
Daniel's Pizza Pasta Café first opened its doors as Pizza
Pasta Café on Chapel Hill Road in Cary in November 1993.
This original location was one forth the size of the current location
with eleven tables. In 1996 we moved to our present location in
Apex.
Daniel's Pizza
Pasta Café is a family run, casual restaurant that appeals
to families, people for a night out and business clientele. All
sauté dishes are prepared to order in the 'a la minute' style.
This means each individual sauce is freshly prepared 'to the minute'
in the sauté pan. All of our meats, produce, seafood, and
dairy products are received several times weekly to ensure freshness.
We are very selective about the quality of our products and you
can taste the difference - it's REAL food.
Daniel and
Janet Perry are the owners of the restaurant. Daniel has a culinary
degree from Johnson and Wales in Rhodes Island. Janet is originally
from Connecticut and Daniel is from Queens, NY. They live in Cary
with their two children, Rachel and Spencer, their neurotic dog
Annie, and parrot Caswell.
