Crostini Trio – Lump Crabmeat Salad with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chopped Egg with Tarragon Mayonnaise and Asparagus, and Chopped Clams with Pancetta

Involtini alla Siciliana – Grilled Veal Rolls filled with pine nuts, currants, parsley and Romano cheese served on a pool of delicious citrus butter sauce, and accompanied by lightly dressed baby greens 

 

Tasca d’Almerita Lamuri Nero d’Avola, ’05, Sicily

Mario Batali’s Famous Mint Love Letters – (‘Lamuri’ means love in Italian so this wine will be the perfect pairing) Homemade ravioli filled with baby pea, mint and Romano cheese , then lightly sauced with made in house Lamb Merguez; a slightly spicy sausage with Moraccan influenced spices, that is pureed with tomato sauce, then garnished with mint and Romano cheese

Brasato in Barolo; beef braised in red wine and vegetables until meltingly tender, garnished with Horseradish Gremolata, accompanied with risotto
